traditionally we tried to keep the oak version that is used in unit tests as
close as possible to the actual version that is running in the product.
it's easy to make a release with 1.46.0 when it's in active use.
concerning the jackrabbit version: yes - i already did the release
3.1.8-1.44.0, but will update to from jackrabbit 2.20.2. to 2.20.6 on the
master branch after that.
