The test fails only on Java 12 and above due to issue
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6157 which affects the
{{org.osgi:org.osgi.util.converter:1.0.0}} artifact as well. Upgrading the
Maven dependency to 1.0.8 or newer fixes this issue.
