Description:
When installing a bundle we should check if the installation was successful -
e.g. bundle state is {{ACTIVE}}. The check should be enabled by default and
made optional, with a timeout.
As every installation method is asynchronous this requires polling until the
bundle state of the updated/newly installed bundle is active.
