Fix For: Extensions Event 3.1.2
Currently it's only possible to enable or disable the job processing
completely. If running in a clustered environment it is not possible to control
the job processing on all nodes with a single configuration.
If we use Sling IDs for controlling this behaviour we can go with a single
configuration for all cluster nodes.
