It's now possible to add a webapp.properties, standalone.properties,
webapp.bootstrap.txt, and standalone.bootstrap.txt to the config directory.
The webapp.* files are included in the final files for the webapp while the
standalone.* files are included in the standalone jar
This allows to have different sling.properties for standalone and webapp, the
same with the bootstrap command file.
