I checked the code, it seems the "only" problem is the registration of
MetricsRegistry - clients might pick that one up and create metrics directly
through the dropwizard library.
Unfortunately, the 4.x version of dropwizard is not compatible to 3.x (which we
use), so this would be a breaking change
