Extra non-factory Logging Configuration dialogs

In the Configurations tab in the Web Console, there are two non-factory
configurations available for "Apache Sling Logging Logger Configuration" and
"Apache Sling Logging Writer Configuration"
Configuring these doesn't do anything and their existance is confusing.
Seems to be an issue with the handcrafted metatype.xml file in the logging
bundle.
