Description: Introduce a pre-processor hook that will be executed before
the content import process begins. (was: At present, enriching distribution
paths forwarded to the import post processor and the invalidation post
processor is not feasible. To address this limitation, we propose introducing a
hook (interface) designed to supply paths to these processors.)
