Fix For: JCR Oak Server 1.4.2
The o.a.j.oak.spi.query package package version was bumped to from 1.8.0 to
3.0.0 due to breaking changes in API. As we don't use the specific
functionality that was removed we should be able to just extend the import
ranges.
