I've updated the credentials for the GitHub org in Jenkins and also for the
Jenkins library checkout.at
https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Sling/job/modules/configure . The new
credential is named {{sling-github-token-asf}} in Jenkins.
I also changed the Jenkins tooling to use it but unfortunately it can't set the
stats - reported in INFRA-26108 and waiting for infra.
The change was made in
https://github.com/apache/sling-tooling-jenkins/commit/2d2ec83d6848e7fa7ca44b8dd0cf147a74ea417b
and then backed out in 6d08040f339992d5b89ac824a8e19704395db267 .
