Fix For: Content-Package to Feature Model Converter 1.3.10
The CI restricts to building on Java 8 and also declares the Windows as Linux
targets, which are default anyway.
We should lift all restrictions to the CP converter and build with all
supported JVMs.
This currently does not include 8 but notably the build target is set to 8 so
no impact is expected.
