All- In order to handle SLING-2273, I need to update the various dependencies from the maven-launchpad-plugin from Maven 2 to Maven 3. As this is a backwards-incompatible change, I think it is worth voting on. Logically, the next version of the launchpad plugin will be 3.0, but we can cross that bridge when we get to it.
