Description:
As discussed in

we should move from ASF Jenkins to GHA as CI system.
A new repo for that has been created in
https://github.com/apache/sling-tooling-github. We should try to replicate as
much logic as possible from https://github.com/apache/sling-tooling-jenkins,
namely:
# Evaluation of parameters from Sling module descriptor

# Matrix build with Maven
