we have a dedicated launchpad testing fragment module:
https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-launchpad-test-fragment
which was introduced for an integration test SLING-2808 to validate/test a bug
in felix framework, not in sling itself.
this was 10 years ago - we should remove the related test to get rid of the
test fragment module to simplify release process.
