Added a PR to disable that particular test on Windows/Jenkins:

failure popped up:

The that test follows the same pattern of uploading ESP scripts via WebDav, but
I am not sure if that is the root cause. Not sure if we should start disabling
multiple tests on Windows/Jenkins or wait for a proper fix.
