Fix For: Testing PaxExam 5.0.0
So SPI Fly ...{_}will always be active before any consumer or provider bundles
that have a requirement on it{_}.
The framework extension bundle embeds ASM which has the minor drawback of not
supporting the latest Java versions (Java 23 at this point in time).
