Fix For: JCR ContentLoader 2.1.4
The JCR ContentLoader bundle exports the o.a.s.jcr.contentloader package
without a version. This prevents properly versioning any changes.
Since there is no version set yet the current export is 0.0.0 the version
cannot be set to 1.0.0 without breaking all users. Therefore the exported
version is just set to 0.1.0 (due to recent API additions as of SLING-2108)
