JSP tag libraries can easily be deployed by just installing a bundle providing
the tag libraries. The JSP Script Engine picks these up and internally
registers and provides them to JSP scripts.
It would be helpful to have a Web Console ConfigurationPrinter to dump the
registered JSP Tag Libraries
