Description:
Due to incompatibilities with Java 25 at runtime (even without using any Java
25 features in source code) which are solved by
https://github.com/palantir/palantir-java-format/pull/1305 we need to upgrade
palantir-java-format to version 2.71.0 or newer.
We need to investigate though to which degree those newer Palantir versions are
still runnable on older Java versions.
