Summary: Make the expiration of Cookie sling.oauth-request-key

The current expiration of the cookile sling.oauth-request-key i set to 300
seconds.
In some cases this could not be enough, for example when a user needs to
complete a registration process.
Expected behaviour: make thad value configurable.
