bump org.apache.sling.testing.sling-mock.junit4 to 4.0.2
migrate the javax.servlet references to jakarta.servlet
migrate the deprecated WebConsoleSecurityProvider* impls to the
SecurityProvider replacement
refactor the tests to use the jakarta servlet based apis
add new tests for code coverage
