Hi,

We have had the committer cli [1] for some time to help with release
automation and, in case you missed it, there are some nice enhancements
from Roy [2] that mostly close the gap when compared to manual
releases.

I think we should make usage simpler and push the resulting Docker
image to DockerHub on each merge to master. I don't think releases make
a lot of sense right now because we always want the latest version but
we can also arrange tags.

This will also make it simpler to use the upcoming sling-release agent
skill [3].

Thoughts?
