Scripts provided via a content-package for the resource-type
{{my-scripts/escaped:test}} are located on the filesystem in a directory called
{{my-scripts/_escaped_test}} or {{my-scripts\_escaped_test}} on Windows.
On Windows, when the "Provided-Capability" header is generated, the unescaping
is performed on the Windows path, which does not work. The slashes are
converted from {{\}} to {{/}} only after the unescaping.
The result is that the resource-type for such scripts, indicated in the
"Provided-Capability" header, is {{my-scripts/_escaped_test}} instead of
{{my-scripts/escaped:test}}.
