### Problem Adding or modifying a `sling:MessageEntry`, or an entry carrying the `sling:Message` mixin, inside a known dictionary incorrectly triggers a full reload. This unnecessarily rebuilds unrelated bundles and disrupts their service registrations. For example, updating `sling:message` at `/apps/i18n/de/checkout-label` also rebuilds French bundles, although neither their entries nor their English fallback changed. ### Changes - Keep these entry additions and modifications targeted: refresh only bundles using the affected dictionary roots and their dependent locales, across matching basenames. Unrelated bundles retain their identities and service registrations. - Preserve existing targeted behavior for entry removals and untyped-entry edits. - Use path-boundary-aware matching and respect configured path filters. - Retain full refreshes for dictionary discovery, root metadata changes, and root or ancestor removal. - Add observation and repository-backed regression coverage for message-entry, mixin, and JSON event forms with eager and lazy loading. updates of JSON-files reported at the dictionary root still trigger full reloads. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
