The Sling parent POM currently refers to version 2.0.1 of the bundle plugin
which is quite dated. We should update to the latest version 2.3.7 which also
includes the latest version of the BND library.
In addition we should add the bndlib library to the managed dependencies. This
allows for easy use of the BND annotations for declaring exported packages
instead of using Export-Package configuration elements in the poms.
