The LogService specification mandates bundle events to be logged with the
exception of the STARTING and STOPPING events. Therefore the Sling
implementation does not log either of them and implements a regular bundle
listener.
To better support troubleshooting, it would be helpful to also have the
STARTING and STOPPING events logged and for all events to be synchronously
logged.
