IMHO.

This feature was added in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-1795.
The basic idea is that the plugin uses Drools rules to transform the bundle
list in some way. There are two examples in the
launchpad/testing/src/test/rules - one that uses the bundles built during
the reactor and the other uses emma-instrumented bundles.

I do remember seeing an email recently from Reto that this isn't working
properly for partial bundle lists, but to be honest, I haven't had a chance
to look into that further.
