Yep I agree.
Let say you want to import
/apps/example to C:/workspace/project-name/jcr_root
all the content of /apps/example will be saved under
C:/workspace/project-name/jcr_root/apps/example
the jcr_root is just a spread used convention to say that this part of the
project is a "repository part" while the other paths inside the project are not
tight to the repository.
