We could do some improvements in startup manager:
- unify and clarify logging to make clear how the startup mode is detected
(which timestamp is used)
- instead of writing the detected time stamp to the marker file, we could write
the current time - this avoids a second scanning of the time stamp
- check sling properties for the startup mode as well as the system property.
System property has priority
- Correct type in name of constant
