Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: Resource Resolver 1.0.6
Coverage now at 68% overall with the major areas covered by unit tests.
Although this is not perfect it is better than it was. Integration tests cover
the edge use cases that are hard to cover without a full repository.
In general Mockito was used to minimise the cost of changes to the call
patterns.
