Bertrand Delacretaz resolved SLING-2819.

Resolution: Fixed
Fixed in revision 1466430, after adding ResourceResolverMangleNamespacesTest in
revision 1466432
The fix to ResourceResolverImpl simply checks for a null path and does no
mangling in this case, which is correct as mangling applies to paths anyway.
