Fix For: Engine 2.2.10
The StringBuilder is faster compared to the StringBuffer and is the prefered
way of string concatenation. (StringBuffer is thread safe and therefore uses
syncing)
While this is not super important it is an easy fix as usually the classes can
be used as replacements and therefore a low hanging fruit
