Updated the patch.
- The configuration management was moved to the SlingLogPanel.
- The dependency to the ConfigurationAdmin (now from the LoginPanel) should be
imho OK since the bundle has this dependency already (e.g. in the
LoggerManagedServiceFactory).
If I didn't see something here or more changes are needed just comment ;)
