Have you tried with 2.1.0 of org.apache.sling.jcr.jackrabbit.server in
features.xml? It now uses 2.1.1-SNAPSHOT where the problem doesn't show up. So
it's still relevant.
Fixing Tika's OSGi headers also prevents the
"org.apache.tika.parser.xml.DcXMLParser not found" error (which I prefer in the
long run, see also SLING-2924).
