----------------------------------------------------------------------

At http://svn.apache.org/r1514650 I have created a launchpad that runs Oak, at
[1]. Requires the sibling bdelacretaz-oak-server.

For now, POST and GET request work, without requiring a login for some reason,
and login at /system/console fails.

At first I wanted to use run modes to switch between Oak and Jackrabbit, but
the launchpad bootstrap doesn't seem to correctly handle the jar structure that
<runModes> in the bundles list.xml generate. I first hit SLING-3022 and it
looks like there's more problems. For now I have just edited the list.xml, we
can always compare it later with the previous version which ran Jackrabbit, to
find out which bundles are different.
