The summary and description were a build misleading, I've corrected them now.
This issue is not about Sling projects being able to generate SCR descriptors
when developed in Eclipse, it'a about the Sling IDE tooling being able to do
that, and it's a different situation due to the Sling IDE tooling using tycho
to build projects.
