Implemented the Web Console plugin in Rev. 1525810
The plugins supports the following functionality:
* Download the log as text file or zip
* Launch the Swing GUI to analyze the log
The Swing GUI cannot be launched if Sling is launched in headless mode because
the GUI is launched in Sling's JVM.
This plugin is not currently an Inventory Printer with attachement provider.
