With the following filter

<workspaceFilter version="1.0">
<filter root="/content/slingDemo"/>
<filter root="/apps/slingDemo"/>
<filter root="/var/full-coverage"/>
</workspaceFilter>
changes to /var/full-coverage.xml not synced, were that is file corresponds to
a node with full coverage present at /var/full-coverage
