As an improvement attempt, show state of a bundle next to the synchronization
status of a module in the wst servers view. The status is fetched from the
felix webconsole using the bundles/bundleid.json and is updated on every
publish action.
Note that initially, only sling.bundle modules will be affected - sling.content
modules do not have a corresponding status obviously.
