Bertrand Delacretaz resolved SLING-3205.

Implemented in revision 1535709
Corresponding integration enabled in revision 1535712
With this, the launchpad/testing tests use the correct bundles when run with
-Dsling.run.modes=oak, as verified by InactiveRunModeTest. Some other tests
still fail with that run mode but that's SLING-2788.
