Fixed the tests in http://svn.apache.org/r1536994 , they were making some wrong
assumptions about the sorting of BVPs of the same category. I have added the
org.apache.felix.eventadmin dependency that you need as well, so if you apply
your patch without the src/test bits you should be ok.
