Hi,

I'd like to propose using the Apache Reviewboard instance for larger
reviews. I know that large diffs/patches are harder to review and
comment on when using just Jira, so a dedicated code review system can
make the experience easier, at least by:

- displaying the diffs in a friendly format, with syntax highlighting
- anchoring comments - and comment replies - to a certain location in
the diff, so the context is preserved.

The ReviewBoard instance is available at [1], open to all ( requires
separate login from Jira and other ASF services ), and there's a
'sling' group already created.

All that it would require is that we post patches there, and start reviewing.

I have good experience with ReviewBoard from a couple of years ago,
and by the looks of it can only get better.

WDYT?

Thanks,

Robert
