Fixed in http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=r1551060 .
Notes:
* some modules had more recent versions that what we had in the parent pom, so
I left those untouched
* other modules had troubles when upgrading to the 2.4.0 maven-bundle-plugin, I
added TODOs in the poms
