Thanks very much for your contribution! I have committed most of it in
http://svn.apache.org/r1553094 .
I left out the exchange connector for now, not sure if we want to maintain that
in Sling. I might create a simple POP or IMAP connector instead.
Also did not include the launchpad, I'll eventually add tests that show how to
run the mail archive on the standard Sling trunk launchpad.
I'll add the stats module that I wrote during your project, and add a
mail-archive/README with installation information.
