Looks good to me, same comments SLING-3326 about having this in the support
bundle with a sample config.
As for SLING-3326 I also think this should only be enabled if a config is
provided.
It would be nice to log a debug message explaining how the total memory used is
computed, so we don't have to document it elsewhere.
