the _SimpleReplicationAgent#isPassive_ method is not working as the
_TransportHandler_ initialization in _ReplicationAgentServiceFactory_ has
changed due to the move of _TransportHandlers_ as own configurations and
services hence that reference can never be null. Also its usage in
_SimpleReplicationAgent#removeHead_ is inverted and breaks the reverse
replication scenario.
