Engine 2.3.0 changed the ParameterSupport.
It uses the ServletRequest#getInputStream to access Parameters.
The BackgroundExecution has an on implemenation of HttpServletRequest that
throws a RuntimeException for this method.
Thus even with engine 2.3.2 (Sling-3439) the creation of a
BackgroundExecutionJob fails.
