The Testing Tool project's SlingClient's mkdirs method fails when attempting to
create folders where any portion of the parent folders already exist. This is
because it does not check to see if any portion of the parent path exists.
This can be problematic when trying to create test content under common or
meaningful directories, such as /apps or /content.
