Fix For: Sling Eclipse IDE 1.0.2
With the fix for SLING-3590 it is no longer possible to delete all nodes of a
full coverage aggregate. Pushing to 1.0.2 since
- it is not an usual scenario
- it requires some changes to the Sling IDE Resource API, which I'd like to
defer for now.
