Resolution: Fixed
* http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1597070 added a
BundleProjectValidator which checks for missing Service-Component headers
* http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1597072 ensure that the
org.eclipse.wst.validation.validationbuilder is present when adding the
sling.bundle facet to a project.
